November 8 ~ Nurturing our heart

A warm day here in Melbourne, Australia.  It reminded me of the warmth we feel within us when we feel nurtured, loved and supported.  Today's Soul Activation Series surrounded all of us with this loving, nurturing warmth.

While I was outside in the sun, I was visited by a magpie-lark.  The avian song held such beauty within its haunting tones.  The trill really touched me with joy.  I felt expanded and expansive.  The song felt like it went through my whole body and connected with Earth and Sky.
